Our role is to introduce, not to perform the work

When you submit an enquiry, we match you with one or more independent local operators who may contact you to provide a quote. Any quote, agreement, supply, installation or repair is a matter between you and the operator you choose. We are not a party to that agreement.

We take reasonable steps to verify that an operator holds an appropriate licence and current insurance before we connect you. However, we do not control how an operator runs their business, and we do not guarantee, warrant or accept responsibility for the quality, timing, price, safety or outcome of any work they carry out. You are responsible for satisfying yourself about an operator, their quote and their terms before you engage them.

Getting matched and comparing quotes through this site is free. There is no obligation to accept any quote or to proceed with any operator. Any pricing, estimate or figure shown on this site, including anything produced by our estimator tools, is a general guide only. Real pricing depends on measurements, access and the system you choose, and is confirmed only in a quote from an operator.
